Three Dallas-area suburbs—University Park, Southlake, and Colleyville—have been recognized among the wealthiest communities in the United States, according to a recent 2025 report. 

 

University Park secured the sixth position nationally, maintaining its status from the previous year. The suburb boasts an average household income of $389,868 and a typical home value exceeding $2.45 million as of May 2025.

 

Southlake climbed to the seventh spot, up from 13th in 2024. Residents enjoy an average household income of $382,520, with home values averaging over $1.29 million.

 

Making its debut on the list, Colleyville ranked 47th, reflecting its growing affluence. The suburb reports an average household income of $265,831 and a typical home value of $923,032. 

 

These rankings underscore the economic strength and desirability of these Dallas suburbs, highlighting their appeal to affluent residents seeking luxury living and strong community amenities.
